Once Rockmybaby® receives your nanny request, we will send you suitable screened nanny profiles to view. When you have selected the candidates you wish to interview, Rockmybaby® will support you through this process. We can provide advice on interviewing, market nanny rates and try assist with any nanny-related general enquiries you may have. Rockmybaby® will provide ongoing support during the initial stages of the nanny placement together with a 60 day replacement guarantee (see our Terms & Conditions).
For nannies requiring a work permit, we can provide advice on the procedure but we cannot apply for a work permit on your behalf. This is the responsibility of the family and the nanny.
Our nannies are mainly experienced childcare workers, having either a background in childcare education or as a nanny/au pair. They are employed by you to provide education and care for your children, stimulate your children’s physical, intellectual, emotional and social growth through play and activities in a nurturing, loving environment.
